EE105
---- Signals, Systems and Transforms, Spring 2001
Announcement
-
2/12
There will be no class
on next Monday (2/19). We will have the first Midterm Exam on Tuesday 2/20
at the recitation hour, 12:00-12:50PM, RH115B. The materials to be covered
include:
-
Concept of continuous and discrete time signals,
simple operations on these signals (translation, scaling, reverse, etc.)
-
Concept of continuous and discrete time systems
and their properties (linearity, time-invariance, causality, stability,
memoryless)
-
Properties of linear, time invariant systems
and their characterization by impulse response
-
Calculation of convolution sum and convolution
integral
-
Representation of LTI systems by differential/difference
equations: concept of initial rest condition, solving differential equation
by recursion.
